The Manchester Pub
on June 27th for one heck of a good time!
The Manchester Pub is turning into a Speakeasy for one night only on Wednesday June 27, as we bring you a “Great Gatsby” themed 5-course beer pairing dinner featuring:
Speakeasy Ales & Lagers.
Speakeasy Ales & Lagers was founded in 1997 as the counterpoint to the larger local breweries in San Francisco. Focusing on smaller productions, Speakeasy has produced several iconic lines including its flagship Prohibition Ale and Big Daddy IPA. Many of Speakeasy’s beers give a nod towards Prohibition-era and local San Francisco aesthetics.
We will pair Speakeasy with a 5-course menu created and executed by Chef Ashton Keefe.
Chef Ashton is the founder and owner of Ashton Keefe LLC, Culinary Lifestyle Services which specializes in boutique catering, food styling and cooking classes. She currently teaches at Haven’s Kitchen and is the creator of the Diary of a Sweet Tooth blog. Chef Ashton has appeared on Rachel vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-off on the Food Network.
The dinner will take place in two grouped seatings:
Wednesday June 27
6:30pm and 9:00pm
The price is $50 per person with a reservation, $60 without. Reservations could be made by emailing lawrence@manchesterpubnyc.com. Attendees are encouraged to dress in their favorite Prohibition-era garb, and 1920s jazz will be playing all night.
Be There or be Square!
